All prices are F.O.B. Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. All prices are accurate at time of posting and are subject to change without notice. All information contained on this website is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate.

SHIPPING
All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. We ship via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Cig2o products are shipped priority mail with a delivery time of 3-5 days. Cig2o delivery times are not guarnteed. For guarnteed shipping times select UPS shipping. All shipping and handling charges are at customers expense. A delay may occure if orders are being shipped to an address other than the billing address. Please provide your phone number that is on file with your credit card company so we may verify your order if shipping to different address. USPS shipping must have a physical mailbox at the delivery location.

You will be notified if there will be any delay in filling your order or if any items are out of stock.
RETURNS
Cigartoyz.com will accept returns of unused items or items deemed defective within 14 days of the date of purchase. No exchanges or returns of items are allowed after 15 days of purchase unless defective. Consumable products like Electronic cigarette refills and e-liquid are non returnable. No merchandise may be returned without a Return Goods Authorization Number (R.G.A.) from Cigartoyz.com. All shipments approved for return must be prepaid, insured and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Special order and customized items can not be returned.
RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING/REBOXING FEE
A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise ordered in error or returned opened. Returns must be in PERFECT, UNUSED, AS NEW condition. No credits or refunds will be made for items returned in unsatisfactory condition. These items will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
An additional 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise not returned in original resalable condition including manufacturer's original packaging and paperwork. All authorized return merchandise must be received within 14 days of receiving a RGA number. All shipping and handling charges are at customer's expense.
RGA numbers will expire 14 days after they are given to the customer. Items returned without an RGA number or using an expired RGA number will be refused.
All returns must be shipped to Cigartoyz.com and have the RGA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. The address is 1433 NW 92 Way Coral Springs Fl 33071. It is the customer’s responsibility to see to it that any item returned to Cigartoyz.com is insured. Damage, lost, or missing claims must be made with carrier by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Please speak directly to a sales representative to cancel an unshipped order. Cancellations are not accepted via email, fax, or voicemail. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the return guidelines above.
CLAIMS
Title to merchandise passes to customer upon delivery to common carrier. Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier and all claims of damage should be made with the carrier immediately.
WARRANTY
All merchandise sold by Cigartoyz.com has a 30 Day Money Back guarantee and a one (1) year manufacturers warranty against defects in material or workmanship on lighters, cutters and digital hygrometers.
RIGHTS RESERVED
Cigartoyz.com reserves the right to make changes in materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured. CigarToyz.com is not responsible for typographical errors.

You must be over the age of 18 years to purchase from CigarToyz.com. By placing an order with us, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and are old enough to purchase tobacco products within the jurisdiction in which you are located. We do verify all new customers to confirm legal age.
