All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. We ship via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Cig2o products are shipped priority mail with a delivery time of 3-5 days. Cig2o delivery times are not guarnteed. For guarnteed shipping times select UPS shipping. All shipping and handling charges are at customers expense. A delay may occure if orders are being shipped to an address other than the billing address. Please provide your phone number that is on file with your credit card company so we may verify your order if shipping to different address.  USPS shipping must have a physical mailbox at the delivery location.







You will be notified if there will be any delay in filling your order or if any items are out of stock.


RETURNS will accept returns of unused items or items deemed defective within 14 days of the date of purchase. No exchanges or returns of items are allowed after 15 days of purchase unless defective. Consumable products like Electronic cigarette refills and e-liquid are non returnable. No merchandise may be returned without a Return Goods Authorization Number (R.G.A.) from All shipments approved for return must be prepaid, insured and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Special order and customized items can not be returned.


A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise ordered in error or returned opened. Returns must be in PERFECT, UNUSED, AS NEW condition. No credits or refunds will be made for items returned in unsatisfactory condition. These items will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.

An additional 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise not returned in original resalable condition including manufacturer's original packaging and paperwork. All authorized return merchandise must be received within 14 days of receiving a RGA number. All shipping and handling charges are at customer's expense.


RGA numbers will expire 14 days after they are given to the customer. Items returned without an RGA number or using an expired RGA number will be refused.

All returns must be shipped to and have the RGA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. The address is 1433 NW 92 Way Coral Springs Fl 33071. It is the customer’s responsibility to see to it that any item returned to is insured. Damage, lost, or missing claims must be made with carrier by the customer.




Please speak directly to a sales representative to cancel an unshipped order. Cancellations are not accepted via email, fax, or voicemail. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the return guidelines above.


Title to merchandise passes to customer upon delivery to common carrier. Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier and all claims of damage should be made with the carrier immediately.
